I love this Laundry place! I have them wash and fold my stuff and it's always done right. I would like it if you would use my green bag to put my clean clothes in. Please don't waste the plastic bags on me. The environment does not need them around

Very impressed with the size and quality of the machines! Stopped in to clean a comforter and was totally happy with how quick and easy the process was. The attendant was super helpful with explaining the process to get a "payment card" and helped me get the machines started. The facility is clean, well lit and felt very safe!

I had the BEST experience at WaveMax Laundry! The facility was spotless—hands down one of the cleanest laundromats I’ve ever been to. The machines were modern, easy to use, and well-maintained. But what really stood out was the customer service. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with any questions. As a nice bonus, they even had a coffee machine, which made the whole experience feel that much more comfortable and elevated. I actually enjoyed doing my laundry—never thought I’d say that! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, efficient, and pleasant laundry spot.

Brenda is so very helpful and kind! Their industrial machines are great for washing bulk items and bedding. They also have extra pods and dryer sheets available for purchase if you forget them like I did the first time.

Very clean,easy, and fast. It was my first time in and the attendant walked me through getting a card to use for the machines. If it is your first time you get the card for free. You can load the card with cash or your debit/credit card to load the machines. The machine also has a cleaning option before you use that machine. I was pleasantly surprised by this laundry mat. You get text messages when your clothes are finished. You can come and go, if you please.

Now I see how a laundromat can consistently get “5 star” reviews. Everything is clean, well laid out, and the place is huge! As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by Birdie, who was folding clothes for one of the customers. She is such a nice lady, and very easy to get along with. She answered any questions I had and was a great help. As far as the washing went, it was as everyone else has said: quick, and not hard on the clothes. If I need a laundromat again, I will definitely come back to WaveMax on Parker Rd in Plano.

So often laundromats are dirty and wet and a place that makes you feel some shame. Not that you want to hang out at a laundromat but this one . . . You could. I searched for the best place to wash in Dallas area and I was directed here. I drove an hour. The woman working was so nice, like so very kind. She showed us how to work everything and didn’t have an attitude about it (like other places I’ve been). The machines work so well, and are very fast. It was as good of an experience as you could have at a laundromat I will very likely be returning even with the drive. Now, is it expensive. . . Yea, a little. But my clothes are clean and I did it in a clean place.

After trying out a lot of different laundry services, I can confidently say this place is one of the best. It’s incredibly clean, well-equipped, and the quality of the wash and dry is top-notch. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches — like the kids’ area with books and shows to keep little ones entertained, and the restrooms, which are spotless. I actually drive here all the way from Rockwall because it’s worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

As someone new to the area, I was trying to get settled into a new city and a new job, and finding a good place to do laundry was one of those small but important things. From the moment I walked in, Diana made the experience incredibly easy and welcoming. She took the time to walk me through the laundromat, explained how everything worked, and showed me how to use the washers and dryers so I felt comfortable right away. She checked in on me along the way and even recommended a few helpful products without being pushy. The place itself is clean, efficient, and easy to use. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this laundromat to anyone who needs a reliable place to wash and dry their clothes.
